Terms of Service

By using PayThatManHisMoney.com, the Pay That Man His Money mobile app, or any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Services. These Terms apply to paythatmanhismoney.com and all of its subdomains.

Account Terms

1. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain the security of your account and password.
2. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or other automated methods are not permitted.
4. You must provide a valid email address to complete the sign-up process.
5. You may not use the Services for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

The Service

Pay That Man His Money is a poker session tracking application. You can use it to log poker sessions, track your bankroll, analyze your performance, and review statistics. The Service is provided as a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform available via web browser and mobile app.

Payment and Billing

If you sign up for a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees associated with that plan. Payments are processed by Stripe. By providing your payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
• Billing periods are calculated using calendar math: monthly plans renew on the same day of the following month, and annual plans renew on the same date of the following year. Because months and years vary in length, the number of days in each billing period may differ (e.g., a monthly subscription purchased on January 31 renews on February 28 or 29).
• There are no refunds for partial months or years of service.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

Cancellation and Termination

1. You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can do this by contacting us at legal@paythatmanhismoney.com.
2. All of your content will be inaccessible from the Services immediately upon cancellation. Within 30 days, all content will be permanently deleted from our systems. We cannot recover this information once it has been permanently deleted.
3. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. We will make a reasonable effort to notify you via the email address associated with your account before taking such action.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or its related systems
• Use the Services to transmit malware or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers/networks connected to the Services
• Scrape, crawl, or spider any page of the Services without our written consent
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Impersonate another person or entity

Your Data

1. You own your data. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Services.
2. We do not pre-screen content, but we reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
3. You can export or request a copy of your data at any time by contacting legal@paythatmanhismoney.com.

Intellectual Property

The Services, including all code, design, text, graphics, and interfaces, are the intellectual property of Pay That Man His Money, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without our written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

The Services are for informational and tracking purposes only. Nothing in the Services constitutes financial, gambling, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for your gambling decisions and any associated risks.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pay That Man His Money, LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total liability for any claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page and make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by posting a notice in the app or sending an email).

Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
